Do you install, or is it just delivery?
Our own crews deliver, set and anchor the equipment, then clean the site up before they leave. Ask us to price installation along with the order.
What does Quick Ship mean?
It is the equipment we can get out fast, 1 to 3 weeks instead of the usual build time. Everything that qualifies is on the Quick Ship page.
How long does delivery take?
Most of our equipment is built to order, so the lead time depends on the brand and the options you pick. We give you the window when we quote you. Anything marked Quick Ship leaves in 1 to 3 weeks.
Do I have to pay for the whole thing up front?
On most structures and shade you can pay 50 percent at checkout and the balance when the job is finished. The option shows up on the product page where it applies.
Do you take purchase orders and tax exempt orders?
Yes to both. Send your purchase order to office@perfectplaygrounds.com with the equipment list and the ship to address and we will invoice against it. Send your exemption certificate with the order and we will set the account up that way.
Will you help me work out what fits my space?
Yes, and it costs nothing. Send us the dimensions of your space and we will put together a layout and a budget for it. There is no obligation to buy.
